We worked with Larissa Suggs to buy our first home and we couldn’t recommend her enough! We started looking over a year ago and she immediately helped us realize that the property we were looking at was not a good fit for us and completely supported us when we decided to stop searching for a house. When we reached out again this year looking to buy a specific and complicated house (short sale property) she was on it immediately and jumped through the many hoops that were thrown at us. She very thoroughly read the contract before she gave it to us and made sure we understood all the different nuances to this property.
