As first time homeowners, we didn’t know much about the home buying experience but we had done tons of research and narrowed it down to a couple of different types of houses that we wanted to look at. Landen was there every step of the way to help answer all of our questions day or night and made us feel so at ease. He really listened to what we wanted and because of that, found our perfect house. I highly recommend Landen for all of your home buying needs!

As young first time home buyers we were incredibly naive to almost all of the home buying process. Landen was our go to for all questions and when he gave us answers he was always incredibly helpful and kind with an awesome attitude through everything. We highly recommend him to anyone who wants a smooth transition into home ownership. 5 stars????

Landen was amazing with helping us buy our first home. He listened to what we wanted in a house showed us lots of great options and took the things we liked or didn’t like into consideration with other homes he showed us. He answered all our questions even about the smallest things. He was always prompt with his replies and very straightforward and honest with us. He was great with negotiations and helping explain all the details. He made our first home buying experience easy and pleasant. I would definitely work with him again in the future

Landen and his team made the whole process of selling our home super easy. We were located in Seattle during the sale, but it was just as simple and straightforward as if we had been on location in Utah. Selling from afar has some challenges, but we felt like we were in good hands with an agent and team we could trust from day one. Highly recommended.
