Carla is an amazing professional and demonstrates tremendous ownership and outsized patience when it comes to ensuring the needs of her clients are satisfied. We met Carla in 2024 while we were at an open house and were impressed with her knowledge of the local market. She was very attentive to our requirements, so we decided to sign a contract with her in the following week. As a second-time home buyer, we were very particular and picky about what we wanted, engaging Carla to show us around 10+ properties we were interested in. Carla was amazingly patient with us even though we ended up saying no to all of them. Fast forward to spring 2025, and we resumed our house search again, and renewed our contract with Carla. When we did finally find a house that we liked, Carla was very quick to move and get the process started. Considering she had a previously planned family vacation on the day right after the review, she worked around the clock to ensure that we actually got the house. Carla was very communicative throughout the entire process, handled negotiations with the selling agent very well, and we actually ended up paying less than the listing price, which was an added bonus. As a first time home buyer, Carla really explained to me the steps and helped me very patiently during the entire process. She took me to see 40 places until found one. In all of the places we saw, she was always available and extremely proactive on getting all the information needed to make the right decision. She is very passionate about her work and really likes to help people. I highly recommend her. She has a lot of commitment and work ethics.
