Kit was very accommodating in showing us homes, even on short notice, and very helpful in finding just what we were looking for in Boise. She and her staff were always prompt in replying to questions throughout the process of purchasing the home, and a great source of guidance.

My husband and I both really enjoyed working with Kit. We were almost sad that the process went so quickly because we wanted more time to work with her--although we're obviously more grateful to be living in our first home! <br/><br/>The whole process was painless and surprisingly quick. In a market when first time homebuyer options were dwindling and the prices were increasing, she was fantastic in getting us in to see places as soon as they hit the market, and when we did make our offer, made sure all the paperwork was quickly drawn up to make us the first offer.<br/><br/>While we took a first time homebuyers course, we quickly learned that it didn't cover everything we'd need to know. Kit was amazingly patient with us with our questions upon questions and helped walk us through the process to ensure we were doing everything correctly and on time.<br/><br/>Kit is a great listener and takes the time to really understand what you're looking for. We also really appreciated her honesty and lack of overselling. She has a great working relationship with various other agents, lenders, etc--which really helps speed up negotiations and getting various paperwork completed quickly.<br/><br/>We highly recommend Kit! Kit enjoys what she does and it shows in her work. Throughout the buying process, Kit quickly responded to inquiries, gave insightful advise and listened to what we wanted in a home. When it came time for a possible bid acceptance, Kit worked with the selling agent to help swing the odds in my wife and I's favor. Kit's knowledge, connections and expertise made for a smooth buying experience in a very competitive housing market. Plus, Kit is a light hearted person that is easy to work with.
