I've worked with Kevin on three different realestate transactions and the experience has been excellent every time. He really brings a whole team to the table and has a large professional network that he was able to leverage to make the experience of buying and selling as smooth as possible. For my most recent selling experience with him, we received multiple cash offers and sold at our list price (which wasn't common in the March 2025 market)! We met to develop a selling strategy to make things as smooth as possible. We got a report of the current market trends in our neighbored so we could list at the right time and for the right price. He has a lot of experience, so he was able to tell us what has worked well for clients of his previously. He made repair and landscape recommendations to maximize the value of our property while minimizing our costs. He used professional photography, print marketing, and online marketing to market our property. Kevin is easy to contact via text, calls and e-mail. It was great to use whichever communication method was most convent for me depending on what I was doing. He also made himself available outside traditional business hours, which enabled us to efficiently negotiate. Kevin is an expert negotiator. He negotiated on my behalf and always acted in my best interest. He has an excellent attention to detail and frequently caught mistakes other agents made in the language of their contracts. I had complete confidence that I could tell Kevin what I wanted to get out of a deal and he would act on my behalf. While under contract he would give us periodic updates during the escrow period and gave us feedback from the buyers agent that helped us ensure that we completed repairs in a satisfactory manner. Kevin is easy to get along with. I found it easy to ask him questions about the entire process and he is very approachable. I never felt like he was too busy with other clients to give us a proper amount of attention. I highly recommend Kevin!

Kevin and his team were absolutely amazing! Our home was on the market with another agent for nearly 9 months without much action; Kevin came in with a great marketing and pricing strategy and got our home sold very quickly. We also were purchasing a home with this sale, and Kevin was able to negotiate a great purchase price and worked diligently with the builder to make sure the home was move-in ready. He also negotiated a leaseback so it made our transition and move so much easier and stress free. Kevin and his team were always available to answer questions, walk us through any processes, and always had our best interest in mind with both transactions. We really appreciate all of the effort Kevin and his team put towards these transactions and I would HIGHLY recommend Kevin to anyone looking to do anything in real estate. We are so happy with our new home, and we look forward to working with Kevin again!

Kevin was recommended to me by our financial advisor. He did an amazing job selling our home in Scottsdale. He provided staging recommendations, and we were able to sell the house quickly for 99% of the listing price. He prepared marketing materials with professional photos and communicated with me every step of the way. He is smart, funny, and a true professional!!

Kevin Owens was referred to us by our realtor in Boise and it was like hitting the jackpot! Kevin was incredible. Easily the best realtor we have ever worked with, bar none. Kevin is very friendly and easy to talk to but also extremely knowledgeable and professional. He knows the Phoenix market inside and out, particularly North Phoenix and Scottsdale. He did a great job getting to know us and our needs/wants/must haves and then directed our home search accordingly. He is also an expert on the process: working with other realtors, negotiating, closing , inspections, etc. We had a wide variety of questions since we were new to this part of the country and he answered all of them. He was there whenever we needed him, both in person and over the phone. It was always easy to connect with him. The market was hot and Kevin made us aware of a view lot that became available and we made the first offer on it and got it. He then negotiated over $10,000 of concessions, located and arranged for an inspector, helped us with interior design choices, and even provided advice and recommendations on landscaping when we asked. I am still amazed at how comprehensive his service was. He even provided useful advice on selling our home in Boise when that market went south. I honestly don’t know how he does it, but he treated us like we were his highest priority client, and I know he had many others that were looking at more expensive homes than ours. Kevin is an all star realtor and I would strongly recommend him to anyone moving to this area.
