i messaged kevin about one of his listings. the listing had no photos of the inside (pure laziness). he said he didn't have any. so did he never even go to see the property? so i asked him about the condition of the inside repeatedly and he just never responded. i called his broker to complain that kevin was being non-responsive and his broker didn't return messages either. what a joke. and i looked up to see who owns the property that i called about and it's actually a family member of Kevin's (same last name). if this is the way he treats the listings of family members... imagine how he would treat YOUR listing. just not a good experience.

Kevin is a great “no nonsense “ real estate agent who’s there when you need him! We opted for the 1% flat commission and it just made sense. Who needs all the frills? We can highly recommend Kevin if you’re looking for someone who knows what he’s doing and if you don’t want to pay 3% (because who does really?!)

Kevin was straight and to the point in telling us what needed to be done to sell the house. His instructions for the listing photos were spot on (which came out great) and especially for getting ready for the open house(s). We had at least 30 people visit the first day. The house sold for full price in 10 days. You can't get much better than that. Kevin was easy to work with and very responsive to questions or concerns. His staff was very helpful with the follow up inspections and closing activities, especially as we were in the middle of the "shelter in place". Thanks for the great job

We know our case was not an easy one, but Kevin and his team were wonderful, and took care of us every step of the way as we purchased our first home. Moving out of state was definitely not something I'd want to do every day, but Kevin and his team helped us find something in our budget a lot faster than we expected, and the process, while not easy at all, went smoothly and we closed on time! We can't thank you and your team enough, and we would highly recommend working with Kevin. He's on your side every step of the way, he's patient, responsive, and keeps you in the loop whenever something new comes up.
