Kelly was such a wonderful and important part of our home buying process! We were looking at homes in a new city and Kelly did a fantastic job steering us towards neighborhoods that aligned with what we were looking for an informing us about the area. When we were ready to make an offer, she was quick and gave practical and honest advice. After our inspection, she held us negotiate a significant amount in closing costs that ultimately saved us thousands. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Kelly again!
