My husband and I met with Katie about selling our home, and we were so impressed! Really didn't provide a real effort in showing my home. I was misquoted my cloosing fees by 5k and never received any communication reagarding them. I got all of my information from the buyer,who also was a realtor, the day before the closing! I also did not have my realtor present at my closing. Had to go it alone. For what it cost me to sell my home, I definitely did not get my money worth...

Katie was great to work with as I bought my new home! She was helpful and pointing me in the right direction for areas to consider as I am new to the area, VERY responsive and of great importance, on top of all the details - taking care of things when she could and reminding me of what I needed to do when she couldn’t do things for me. Just a pleasure to work with! I’d highly recommend Katie for buying (or selling) a home!

What a delight to work with such a professional realtor. She knows her business and is always available to answer questions and concerns. She helped with the staging of the house and the pictures came out like Better Homes and Gardens. Thank you for presenting our house is such a manner. She is a delight to work with and is super responsive. I highly recommend her for all your realty needs.
