I've used Kathleen in the purchase of 3 properties (2 houses and 1 land parcel) and each time she provided outstanding service. Being new to the area she was able to help me to figure out where I wanted to purchase properties and took the time to show me as many as I needed in order to make the best choice for me. I have subsequently contracted with her to act as my property manager for the homes I purchased. I would highly recommend Kathleen for any of your real estate transaction needs.

One of the best in her field. Intelligent-quick to respond and a hell of a negotiator.....BOOM! I EVEN ENDED UP WITH more items in the house that we thought were going! tHEY LEFT ME BOTH TV'S and KF negotiated a great price for my washer and dryer. TS

This was one of the most wonderful experiences I ever had. Kathy was phenomenal, not only she helped me through every single step along the way, but also went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and to work with me to stay on track. She was by definition, a team member and a leader. She sold two of my properties and is helping me to buy a new one. I highly recommend her. Kathy is an awesome realtor! When she first arrived at my home to give me suggestions on getting it market ready, I have to admit I was a bit nervous. As we went from room to room, she took notes and made suggestions. A lot of notes. But, she didn't make me feel like I had to do everything on the list. She was real with me. Kathy sold my home for above asking price on the same day it hit the market. I believe this happened because Kathy goes above and beyond to help her clients and knows the market well and priced the house right. Again, she's awesome!
