Kathleen and her team helped us find our new home! Kathleen and Randy were great to work with; we were looking for a house pretty far away from their office location, but they willingly spent a few Saturdays with us looking at houses, and helped us narrow down our requirements and what we wanted in a home. They stayed in touch with us throughout the process.

Kathleen and her team were absolutely awesome throughout the home-buying process, especially as a first time buyer. Kathleen and the team were very helpful and informative, and we always felt their advice was genuine and honest, not just trying to get us to buy the first house we saw. She was great for finding resources for the house including inspectors and contractors. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Snohomish area!

Kathleen helped my husband and I find our first home this spring. I am grateful for her local expertise and the market education she shared with us as we went through the process. Kathleen and her team were the BEST! We could never have made this move without her. With 7 kids we were nowhere near ready to move when we made the decision, and we needed to move fast to get the kids started off in their new schools by the end of the summer. She took care of everything, from finding and scheduling professionals at the right price available in our limited timeframe (painter, electrician, carpets, stairs, decks, cleaning, staging), to walking us through step by step and having great presentation of our home. It sold fast and at a fantastic price even when the market was starting to slow. I cannot recommend her enough! If you need a realtor, she’s the one!
