So thankful for Judy helping us buy our first home! My wife and I were relocating to the St Pete area and she is the first realtor I called and I’m so glad I did! She picked up right away and I immediately knew we found the right person from the beginning of our conversation. I called her on a Monday and by Thursday we already have a day packed full of seeing houses! I was so glad she was able to fit us in so quickly because we had a narrow amount of time in our schedules to come to the area and see houses. From there she was very available every step of the way to help us figure things out and negotiate with the buyer. She also gave us a lot of advice from her experience. One other thing that was totally on point was her recommendations and referrals. She always had the best insurance agent and best vendors on her contact list- whenever I’d do my own research, her vendors always came out with better rates and services. Judy did a great job in getting this property sold quickly. She had a number of interesting challenges to get thru, like old open permits and needing to bring everything up to code. The yard was a complete jungle. And the owner (myself) was out of the country most of the time. But she a trooper, just got in there and solved the problems. I was surprised at how fast it was sold. Great job Judy! See you again soon.

Outstanding Realtor! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Judy to sell an investment property while I was out of state, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Judy did an excellent job navigating an extremely stressful time while putting our house on the market. We were moving cross-country in a very short time and needed to close on our house before purchasing in our new state. There were multiple hurdles throughout the way but Judy was always there for prompt communication and guidance while also genuinely listening to our concerns and needs. Judy puts immense pride into her work and it shows. From listing to closing she was excellent to work with and my only wish was that we could have used her services to purchase a home in our new state!
