John did an incredible job selling my parents’ house. He had incredible insight into the market to price the house correctly. It sold very quickly and for a higher price that we didn’t even anticipate. His photographer did an incredible job as well! The experience was smooth and effortless on our part.

John is an excellent realtor. He helps me sell my house after I relocated to another state. I got offer on my house after just four days of his listing! Through out the process, he has been professional from marketing, timely communication on the status, issues, to dealing with contractors to solve issues. I’m very happy with the deal he made for my house. He makes every effort on his listings, no matter it’s big or small. Two years ago, he helped me rent out my condo. It’s a small sale, yet, he spent a lot of time and energy on it.

I purchased my new home as well as sold my existing home with John. From the start, we explained that we were likely going to be demanding clients that needed to find an exact match before we considered moving. He took all our requirements and our very specific location and set off on his search. Within a week he identified and showed the home we purchased. It met all our needs and wants and we purchased within 7 days of starting the process. I would highly recommend John for both the buy and sell side of the transaction. He went above and beyond for a very demanding client.
