Professional, knowledgeable, and highly responsive…my home sale experience with JETT WATERS was outstanding! In a rather shaky but definite buyers’ market, with some houses remaining on the market for months, Jett successfully guided me through the process of selling my house and secured the price that I wanted, literally in a matter of days!! The process began with an initial consultation that included a thorough walkthrough of my house. Jett provided candid feedback on the condition of the house and suggestions of quick actions that I could take to ensure the house would show at its best. The appointment concluded with a presentation and analysis of a reasonable (and realistic) suggested price for my house. I appreciated his candor. I believe that accepting his honest suggestion of what the market price was for my house was an important factor in my house selling so quickly. The house wasn’t grossly overpriced that it sat on the market for months. Soon after the initial consultation, Jett arranged an impressive professional photo shoot for the house, which was followed by a marketing campaign on the major real estate websites and on social media! Though I was already pleased with the work that Jett was doing in selling my house, I think the best part of the process was when we found a buyer. An action from the buyers’ agent seemed to jeopardize the entire deal. As my agent, Jett worked diligently to provide me with options that not only protected my interests but also salvaged the deal. Jett was great to work with. He went out of his way to plan a lot of last minute viewings and deal with our hectic schedule. He also helped us through a lot of the closing process with sound advice and insights. Would thoroughly recommend!
