We had the absolute best experience working with Jeff and Alysa from the Hahn Team! They made the entire process of selling my home and purchasing a new construction house smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. From the start, they were professional, attentive, and always available to answer my questions. Jeff and Alysa guided me step by step, gave excellent advice on preparing and pricing my home, and worked tirelessly to get it sold quickly. On the buying side, they were just as incredible—helping me navigate all the details of a new construction purchase and making sure I felt confident and informed throughout.

Outstanding team. I don’t think I can express how pleased I am with their service and how great they were to work with. I live in Virginia and wanted to sell a rental property in Coppell, Tx. I interviewed 7 different realtors in the Coppell area. Not easy from 1200 mi away but Jeff and Alyssa stood out above the others. Looking back I could have not made a better choice. They were extremely honest and above board with me. The home needed some repairs and upgrades to make it market competitive. Major challenge for me without spending considerable time away from home and incurring travel expense. Alyssa advised me on the best upgrades to make and she essentially worked as my project manager to get the work done in a cost effective, timely and professional manor. Far above what any of the other realtors had offered to do. Jeff worked closely with me to set the final listing price. Excellent advise but also listened to my views based on my research and actually raised the price the day before it listed. Listed on a Tuesday and they called me Thursday morning with a full price offer. Jeff and Alyssa helped me understand the buyers and their offer within today’s privacy restrictions. Excellent advice, the deal went through smoothly as they predicted and closed on the date they told me it would. I could add a lot more detail about how they made this sale a smooth, honest and a stress free experience, but in summary I don’t think you could find a better team to sell or buy a home.

Big shout out to Jeff and Alyssa with Jeff Hahn Real Estate! We wanted to buy a house that Jeff was selling and needed to sell our house first. After a failed attempt at selling our house over the summer with a different realtor, Jeff was able to get the job done. He suggested a few minor improvements we needed to do to the house. We made the improvements Jeff suggested and the first day on the market we had 4 offers. All offers were on or above asking. We were then able to purchase the house we wanted and Jeff was also the realtor for the seller. In the sale of our house Jeff was extremely professional and patient with the other realtor, which made things go very smoothly. Being that he was the realtor for the house we wanted to buy I felt we were treated fairly and he always had our and seller’s interest in mind. Alyssa was such a blessing. She was extremely accessible at all times. She also responded to any and all questions with in minutes. I highly recommend Jeff Hahn Real Estate for the buying or selling of your home.

Jeff Hahn and his team were incredible to work with! They were extremely responsive and always eager to help. Jeff and his team have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the industry. The team was helpful in finding the perfect house for us, and did not settle for an OK house. They are encouraging and easy to work with! Their customer service is impeccable! If you are looking in the Dallas market for a house, this is the team to use. They will help you find exactly what you are looking for! This team cares about you and your family!

Jeff Hahn was incredibly patient with me as I searched for my home in Coppell. I had a spreadsheet of criteria - and just when I wondered if I'd find what I was looking for, he found us our dream home. My husband and I walked in and the rest of the process was as easy as possible. He offered great negotiating help and local information when we moved here. Since then I have had 2 close friends that bought homes with Jeff and in each case he has done an outstanding job. Thanks Jeff!
