Do not think twice hiring Jeanette Martinez to sell your home. She is a high end realtor with exemplary practices. She remained strong and positive throughout the entire process which was invaluable to me at this critical and stressful time in my life. She took care of everything that finalized to the sale of my mothers beloved home for more than we expected. It was an extremely smooth experience in which she brokered an amazing sale price. She is trustworthy and kind. Jeanette is smart as a whip and cares about the people she works with.

If you are a doctor looking for a home in Las Vegas, look no further than Jeanette Martinez. As a military surgeon who recently moved to Las Vegas, I was looking for a real estate agent to help me given my hectic work schedule. A fellow colleague recommended Jeanette Martinez. From the beginning, Jeanette was extremely helpful, professional, and reassuring. She is quite experienced and knowledgable, and I felt very well taken care of. Her attention to detail and honesty helped me find a great place to live and I am so grateful to her. Throughout the whole process, it was clear that Jeanette would only endorse properties that were no less than perfect, resulting in efficiency and no wasted time. Cannot recommend her enough!

For many years I played tennis with Jeanette's husband. He said his wife was a realtor. My wife used to be a realtor too (in another state), so I know about referrals. They are valuable. But we had other friends and acquaintances that were realtors too. However, after meeting her socially, I was super impressed with Jeanette. Then a year or two later, a listing of hers set the price per square foot record for our neighborhood. Our house wasn't quite as nice as that one, but I decided at that time that she would be our agent if we ever had to sell our house. We had no plans to do so or move. But, life happens. We found ourselves wanting to relocate to the Midwest to be closer to family. We called Jeanette and she came over, looked at our home, and gave us some suggestions on what we could do to get a great offer. We took her advice and trusted her completely. We had a signed contract in just a few weeks and a great experience with Jeanette. At one point we had a little trouble with the buyer and Jeanette urged us to stand our ground and said she would take care of everything. We did and she did. She's a magnificent agent! We have bought and sold over 20 properties over the years, including rentals, and with the exception of the one I'm married to (I have to say that), Jeanette is the BEST real estate agent I have ever worked with! Do not hesitate to hire her!

Jeannette truly embodies these skills in the literal sense! She knows. this. market. She managed to find a qualified buyer quickly and sold our home for a MUCH higher price than we'd ever hoped to receive. Because. we were moving cross-country, there were a lot of details that needed attention. Jeannette handled things perfectly and often issues were remedied BEFORE we even realized there was an issue! We took a chance on her bc our neighbor had such a GLOWING opinion of her from their sale, and we've never had a moments regret. You can thank me later :)

Jeanette came highly recommended to me by a Physician colleague, I need to sell my house in the middle of a pandemic and relocate across the country. With a very small window of time m and in a market that was originally highly unfavorable, not only did she find me multiple offers, she helped me navigate the process of selling a home from across the country, when I was working so much. I was able to focus on being a healthcare provider and not worry about what had to happen next with selling my home. I could not have made the move into the next chapter of my life without Jeanette's expertise. I would not recommend anyone but her to handle buying or selling a home in the Las Vegas area.
