My wife and I had a tall ask - our first (and forever) home with acreage for future horses, commutable to Hartford, and near family in Eastern CT. We couldn’t be happier with over 10 acres, right down the road from my wife’s parents, and with an easy commute on Rte 2! We got connected to Jason by chance through Zillow. During our first tour, we were impressed by his knowledge, including horse zoning requirements. Beyond land and location, we were interested to explore our options. He took us through a variety of properties - major fixer-uppers, fully renovated and move-in ready, and the comfortable in-between Cape we chose. Jason was able to give rough renovation estimates during tours, and when our final home revealed a failed septic during inspection, he calmly laid out our options and negotiated for the sellers to cover it! With this being our forever home, my wife and I had a million questions. Jason always made the time to talk through each and every one and even welcomed my wife’s parents on tours. Thank you Jason, we can’t recommend you enough!!

We were making a big move from our home in NH back to family in CT. We were both nervous and excited. From the first conversation we had with Jason, our nerves were immediately put to rest. Jason approached each conversation with a positive attitude and an overall friendly personality. He never shied away from a question and always had a great answer. His knowledge of real estate was quickly apparent and expressed further during our house tours. Our experience was excellent and Jason made sure to be on top of all paperwork and offers, guiding us through with his helpful tips! We could not recommend Jason enough and one piece of advice, make sure to follow all of Jason's tips!

As a first time home buyer, entering into the process was quite daunting. I was very skeptical of realtors and I thought there were hidden fees and potential misguiding for their benefit, however, nothing could be farther from the truth with Jason Boice. He was the only realtor to tell me that the first house we wanted to tour had already gone under contract, every single other realtor had wanted to schedule a tour that day for a house that was gone… He immediately offered to and scheduled a one on one meeting with myself and my girlfriend and went through the entire home buying process, asked for our preferences, and that started the hunt for our dream house. We ended up putting in 4 offers before going under contract on our dream home, and every offer was drafted and sent to the listing agent with absolutely zero hold up on Jason‘s end. The experience Jason has is the only reason we ended up with our home and not just another „offer in the pile“. He is very personable, extremely hard working, pragmatic, and truly is always available. He gave us so much knowledge on home maintenance, costs, and local contractors that it felt like an all inclusive package but for real estate! By closing, I felt that our professional relationship had turned into the start of a long lasting friendship, and I could not recommend Jason Boice for any real estate related work enough! 11/10 would do again!
