About a year ago Janet came to our home for an evaluation She told us what we had to do to get top dollar. We did everything she told us and she got us a great offers within 3 days. Our buyer was not very cooperative at times but Janet’s professionalism helped us navigate through the situation She does everything she says she going to do and more. We worked with Janet when we bought our first home, and came back to her for our recent purchase because the first experience was so wonderful. She is organized, timely, and always on top of details, which made the process much less stressful. We relied on her to be the quarterback of the purchase process. Janet did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our condo. His expertise in the market's geographic area was purchasing price while considering the future resale value for the area. Janet was very involved in all aspects of the closing. She was friendly, responsive, set up regular Tuesday check-ins, and always gave great advice.

Janet is a pleasure to work with. She is both honest and professional, and is always conscience of what's in the best interest of her client. She will give you an honest assessment of properties and will tell you both the good and bad things about each individual one . Her years of experience as a realtor and knowledge of the CT, and specifically the CT shoreline allows her to thoroughly understand the environment from both a buyer's and seller's perspective.
