    We have now worked with Jami on two purchases as well as a rental & we couldn't say enough great things about her. We first met Jami January 2020 when we were feeling very defeated about all cash offers outbidding us on every property we were interested in buying over the 6mos prior. Jami was receptive to our concerns, took an inventory of what we were looking for & got us out there to look at a lot of good places. Then while gaining traction COVID put everything at a halt including our confidence to move forward with our first home purchase that was set to open escrow early March 2020. Jami was understanding when we paused then again ready to get back out there with us end of April 2020 when we did find the home that we would purchase with her guidance. Although we outgrew that home by early 2024 we appreciated Jami's expertise so it was a no brainer to reach out again February 2024 when we were ready to buy a new home. Jami helped make what could have been a drawn out, unsuccessful negotiation into a quick, dare I say easy transaction. She even helped us navigate renting out our old home as new landlords. Jami's expertise and flexibility are bar none and we would recommend her to everyone in need of a realtor.

    We thought our home was an easy listing until it wasn’t, and that is when you want the knowledge and experience Jami Nash brings to the table. Jami tackled all the typical listing requirements with ease. Exquisite photography, robust marketing plan, insightful pricing strategy, and all the details were professionally executed. We had offers the first day and it was sold in a few days. What we didn’t and couldn’t anticipate were issues with a well qualified buyer that resulted in a cancellation just days before the close. Jami navigated this difficult situation with calm professionalism that resulted is us retaining the buyers down payment. If buyers canceling wasn’t enough, interest rates had increased and the market slowed turning into a buyers market. Jami changed the listing strategy, put our home back on the market and had us in escrow with a new buyer within a week. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jami Nash and have referred family to her, which BTW she sold their home in under a week too.

    Jami was excellent!!! She negotiated a great deal for me on a condo, even getting credit for me on a years worth of HOA fees.I truly appreciated her honesty on several homes we visited. She’s experienced and resourceful and went above my expectations. She responds promptly which is very important to me.While I was in escrow I referred her to a physician colleague who she helped get an excellent deal on a home in Woodland Hills. Definitely highly recommend!

    Jami was professional, knowledgeable and a great asset and agent through my first home-buying experience. She has tons of knowledge about the market, investing in real estate and is a great negotiator. Would love to work with her again.

    Bottom line, there is no one else to guide you in buying a home, selling a home or designing the most special, emotional, magical home for yourself or your family. She takes care of everyone, the client, the counter side and all involved.... not to mention she will negotiate the best deal for you without being the shady "selly" ways agents can be. She has the biggest heart, wants the best for you and will fight until you and your family have exactly what you need. Jami is as rare a find as the house you are looking for. Power and grace in its finest form.... that is Jami Nash.
