Where do I start? This review is specifically for James Davis with Realty Group at KW ONE. Having James and his team help facilitate this process was a pleasure. James was very professional, informative, responsive, committed, efficient, and knowledgeable. James was the best relator to have during a difficult time to find and purchase a home. He provided so much guidance when it was time to make the critical decisions. I sincerely thank James for keeping the faith when mine dwindled. From day one, James always said, "Cynthia," I don't care what obstacles we hit. "You will close on a home, " and I did just that! Going through this process was incredibly exciting and challenging at the same time. I had a very unique journey the last few weeks before closing. James stood by and ensured I made it to the closing table for my family. James was always on top of the quick deadlines. I loved how James cared about all the small details and ensured I was comfortable. Not only did I have a great, pleasant experience with James, but my family gained a great friend to this day. There is no hesitation that if I sell or plan to buy another home, I will 100 % go straight to James Davis.

just now NEW I met Mr.Davis with James Davis Realty through a good friend of mine Carol Perry. Mr Davis reached out to me to set up a meeting and on day two we hit the street running. He showed me a house that was just for me and my family and I put an offer in the same day. From October to my closing date December 18, 2023 Mr Davis and his wonderful staff kept me up to date in a very timely matter and very professional way. My situation was very different and he was able to deal with my emotions and was very patient with me. I would recommend James Davis Realty to everyone. If you’re looking for professionalism and a caring staff look no further. James Davis -Keller Williams Realty will always be #1 in my books. Thanks again for all your help. We are in love with our home.

James and his team were incredibly kind and helpful! As first time buyers, my husband and I had many doubts and Mr. Davis was very patient and able to answer every question we had. He was very invested in finding us exactly what we were looking for, and he did! We had an amazing experience and definitely recommend him and his team to anyone looking to buy a home!

James Davis was heaven-sent. Being a first-time homebuyer, he took all of my fears out of the process. He was extremely patient. He did not try to talk me into buying a home that I was not 100% happy with. I appreciate his time and his attention. He was very responsive to my calls, text, and emails. I appreciate his professionalism and will definitely go back to him in the future for my second purchase or resell.
