Eric did a great job throughout the entire process. He was available, responsive, and professional. As an out-of-state seller, I had to lean on him a decent amount for help with setting up and coordinating contractors to get my home ready for the market. He had a deep Rolodex of professional contractors that did a great job getting the home prepped and ready in short order. We got an offer on day nine and closed shortly thereafter. Eric was amazing. He was able to sell my mother's house in a matter of days and get top dollar in this market. Eric is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Eric was immensely helpful and made the whole process seamless. I would highly recommend him to any and all of my family, friend or fellow veterans.

Selling a parent's home after their passing, without a will, & bickering siblings can be a difficult chore. It was made easier by the professional assistance from Eric. He went above & beyond what I would have expected. An example of that is he not only attended court hearings but picked up & drove my brother to court. He kept fighting for a reasonable settlement for us. He even tactfully refereed us when it was needed. He is a family man for all families.

Eric did a fantastic job and Troubled Waters. What I mean by that is that the homeless are up for probate things to go through but Eric guided me through the pathway and answered all of my questions as a real friend along the way with some ups and downs I came along the way but the final stop, we got the sale got everything we were looking for couldn't have done it without this man's help highly recommend them he's the man the best if you ever need your questions answered and then some this is the guy to work with if I ever in need of someone I will turn to this guy he's the best 10 out of 10. That's tough to find someone that you can trust, and nowadays, in this crazy world, I trusted this man from the beginning, and he never let me down.
