Fran was amazing. She came prepared from day 1 with all the necessary local comp information and pricing/listing strategy. Not only did she come prepared from day 1 she also promoted my listing on her social media and drew a substantial amount of views and shares to which I was pleasantly surprised. She was super attentive throughout the whole process and always answered me very quickly . I would absolutely recommend using her as your realtor as she is very professional and knows her stuff.
