Eric helped me with the purchase of two houses, one in 2023 and one in 2024. I knew I was in good hands after our first meeting, despite a winter storm Eric arrived at the agreed palace at the agreed time. The house I purchased in 2024 as a primary residence was one he had identified and researched thoroughly. Eric maintained constant contact with me throughout our search, always answering text messages and emails within minutes. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Working with Eric to find our very first home has been a blessing for us. We were very new to the area and he not only walked us through the process of homebuying step by step but also understood our requirements and finances and helped us buy a home which fits all our wishes perfectly. Eric was always very prompt on responding to our questions or concerns which ensures you that he really works hard for his clients to find them the right home. He introduced us to a good loan officer so that we could get a hold on finances and work our way through it and also conncected us with a good home inspector, Kristi, who did a very good job. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a home, even if you have no clue of this process or you are new to the area, to really try connecting with Eric, because We can guarantee you that he will be a good choice for you.

Eric listened to my requirements and found me just what I was looking for in the very limited area I wanted. He negotiated a “winning” bid and continued with due diligence through inspections, etc. Final price was reasonable and fair. I highly recommend his expertise.

Eric was absolutely amazing, I plan on keeping his contact information because he will be the realtor I call when I'm ready to purchase my second home. As a first time home buyer new to the state of Texas I was feeling nervous, anxious and defeated. I wasn't the strongest competitor in this current market and after looking at different homes I was beginning to feel that I should wait a year before attempting to buy. Eric was extremely patient with me through the whole process. He gave my partner and I realistic sound advice and made himself readily available for any question and/or concern that we had. I appreciated his knowledge about the local area, flexibility with time in addition, his ability to offer different suggestions and routes to take. Meeting with Eric through Zillow was one of the best decisions that we made in this process. Most definitely will recommend Eric and plan to work with him again.
