Eileen was wonderful to work with. She was responsive, helpful and walked me through the process of selling my house. She offered ideas for upgrades when asked which worked out really well. She helped to reduce my overwhelm by always being calm and encouraging me that the sale would go well. My house sold at the open house and Eileen was very skillful in negotiating multiple offers. Purchasing from out of town required an agent who first asked the probing questions and then listened to my answers so I could focus on the unique neighborhoods that fit my parameters. Eileen nailed it! House transactions are major life events that many do infrequently in their lives. When we decided to move from central Massachusetts to Pittsburgh, the realtor managing our home sale recommended Eileen Lusk as a relocation specialist. This was an inspired choice. Eileen met our every expectation, learning instantly what we liked and disliked. She understood how different city houses are from our rural Massachusetts home with its large yard and garage. She was gracious about our "must haves" and quickly narrowed the field to meet those demands. This all was handled quickly and efficiently from a distance, with only two trips to Pittsburgh to visit homes. She proved to be an expert negotiator, advising us about what we need not accept. Eileen streamlined the entire process, resulting in an easy move to a home that we love. She has, subsequently, been generous with answers to our questions.
