    My husband and I were buying remote with the exception of seeing the house. Jenn helped us with all the contracts, inspections, repairs and remote closing all seamlessly and we were able to close early. I would absolutely recommend Jenn!

    Kevin did a great job being available anytime I needed. He was very knowledgable of the area and would always check out the properties carefully to ensure that there were no red flags before I ever decided to proceed. Whenever I had any questions or needed an explanation for anything Kevin was always there to help out. I would recommend Kevin as a realtor to anyone!

    Kevin went the extra mile in helping us find our new home. He successfully negotiated with the sellers for an additional decrease in the sale price, even after we thought negotiations had ended. He is quick to respond, upbeat, helpful and knowledgeable. We appreciated his sense of humor and kindness throughout the process.

    Andrea was great! I knew nothing about the home buying process, but with her help I feel like a pro. Any time I had any questions she was so quick to respond and I felt she really understood what we were looking for. She was great on a personal level as well when we found the right home, I was so excited and I could feel the same excitement crowning from her. 10/10 would definitely work together again.

    Port Orchard, WA 98366 October 6, 2025 Re: Jenn Owens at South Kitsap Properties (“SKP”) Jenn Owens is an excellent real estate agent. She represented us as Buyers in a recent home purchase in Washington from half-way across the country, in south central Texas. Jenn previously represented our daughter and son-in-law in their purchase of a home and lot in the Manchester area of Port Orchard, and another lot along Hood Canal. She helped a few friends of theirs buy their homes too, one of whom was long-distance from Texas as well. Jenn was quick to provide information we might want or need, and was willing and available to show us properties, and offered advice and would point out when a prospective home did or did not meet our expressed characteristics and qualities. She communicated very quickly, effectively, and timely by phone and email; prepared our offer and counter-offer and notified us of acceptance (which all occurred the same day); and generally kept us up-to-date with the transaction status and our contractual obligations and deadlines. The same evening Jenn called to tell us that we had bought a home, she also advised us of the first 3 things we needed to do in the following few days and week, since the Seller wanted a very quick closing. This was invaluable to us as each state has its own real estate transaction requirements, procedures, and practices. We wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend Jenn Owens and SKP.
