Delia is the best real estate agent I have had the fortune to work with - if I could give her 10 stars I would!!! Last fall my father had a home that was flooded by Helene. Unfortunately we lost him in January and were left with a house that was torn up and no idea what to do. Delia did extensive research and shared her experience in the Seminole. After discussing everything with Delia she suggested we sell it as is and price it so that the buyer could afford to get a construction loan. Since there were numerous homes about to come on the market she quickly helped us get it ready for an open house. She also recommended taking down the torn screens and took amazing drone videos to highlight the views and the property. We priced it correctly and were under contract in 2 days for full asking price. She did not stop there - we had a boat that was stuck on the dock that we needed to get sold and my father had purchased a camper that we needed to sell. She posted it out to her network and was able to help us take care of both of them. Since I was out of state she took care of so many things I know would have been impossible without her. We just purchased our waterfront dream home and Delia, from Forever Florida Real Estate, was such a professional throughout the entire process! She worked tirelessly to show us house after house and kept us focused on what we were looking for in a waterfront home. Closing day ended up being a very long day due to some serious issues that came up during the walkthrough! Delia fought for us and was there to the absolute last minute before closing hour! Delia listed our investment property. At the very end of our remodel and all my husbands hard work he refused to have it staged! Delia took charge and staged the house and even had a window fixed that hubby did not think was a big deal! She even set up the backyard for the buyers to imagine laying in the hammock while grilling out. I 100% believe these extra steps are what got our property sold so fast and for over asking price. I definitely recommend Delia & will use her in any future endeavors!

Hustled. Railroaded. That's how it feels after the experience we had using Delia Davidson as our realtor when selling our home in this ridiculous market. The story started nicely enough, as she made sure to get the house prepped for pictures and showings. As these events completed, the communication became fully one sided. "We were thinking we would be comfortable doing this" was answered with "No, do this". For a 6% commission fee my wife's and I's concerns and questions were completely dismissed. After several of these instances, we attempted to fire her, but she talked us into using a different agent in her company, who turned out to just be a vessel that Delia continued to operate through. The listing went up Thursday afternoon (was supposed to be Thursday morning). She had no idea that the sign had not been put up yet. We then made a request to receive all offers and review them on Monday night so we could decide on which to take. As expected, the vessel (Delia) mentioned several offers were coming in, alway vague about the number, and we received emails for 7 offers. We were excited to review these and make a decision on our preferred one, but this was never to happen. A certain offer was presented early on and over and over we were pressured to take it. I wonder who their buyer's agent was? I'll give you one guess. Needless to say, after being told we received many (>10) offers we were only privy to 7. And the best one of those 7 just happened to be an offer from an agent named Delia. She took advantage of us wanting to quickly sell and move on with the next chapter of our lives. If this helps one potential buyer or seller find an agent who will actually work WITH you and not railroad you, then it was worth my time.
