Dawnelle Lanners was the consummate professional throughout our house buying process. She was very accessible when we needed our many questions answered. She was very friendly and made us comfortable during the whole process. We recommend Dawnelle if you're looking for a GREAT realtor!

We started our search for a Florida home in Bradenton, Sarasota and Venice. I connected with Dawnelle online, and she stayed in close touch with me until we found a number of homes we wanted to go see. We live in the Midwest, so it took a number of trips to Florida to learn what we wanted and find it. She is very knowledgeable about the Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and Venice areas. We put an offer in on a house is Venice, but it was not accepted, so we moved on. I found the same floorplan further south in Estero, and we decided to buy that house. Even though we bought an hour south of Venice, Dawnelle helped us through the process each step of the way. One of the things I love about her is that she is very natural...nothing put on and not pushy at all. She let us go at our own pace. I would highly recommend Dawnelle to anyone looking to buy in SW Florida.

Dawnelle helped us buy our home in Lakewood Ranch. She was quick and available when we were ready to make an offer. She helped us through that process , answering our questions no matter how silly we thought they may be. She was a good communicator and made our sale happen in the price range we needed. We are now in the process of unpacking and making our new house our home and are extremely grateful. We will be recommending Dawnelle to our family and friends for sure!
