When you hire David, you are literally getting a team (David, Cori & Ethan)… and they are fabulous. I have never had a realtor who worked as hard as David and team to sell our house. Not only did they hold multiple open houses, actively market our house, create excellent marketing materials, and show our house, but they also did everything in their power to generate and follow-up on leads. Their communication was excellent, and we were kept informed with weekly emails and calls. We always knew the status and were given actual statistics on their progress. Not to mention, they seem to work constantly. I was shocked when night and weekend texts were answered within minutes. I assumed they would get back to me the next business day but that is not how they operate. They go above and beyond on all fronts and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We've entrusted David and his team to sell two of our houses in AZ. Within a week of David listing our first house, we accepted a full price, all cash offer that set a record for the neighborhood. When going to sell our second house, we made the mistake of listing it with another agent from another brokerage. We had multiple issues with this other agent and, despite multiple price drops and a very urgent need to sell quickly for a relocation, the house sat on the market for nearly three months. We decided to let go of the listing agent and re-listed the house with David. David and his team had new -- much higher quality -- photos, videos, and a virtual tour completed and the house went live again in a matter of days. In less than 10 days of having the house back on the market, David brought in an all-cash offer with a 2-week close. My only regret was not choosing David and his team initially for our second sale. We were fortunate to have sold both our properties so quickly with David and his team, but most important to me is that they are honest and trustworthy. I won't use another listing agent in AZ again. PS, Cori, David's closing coordinator, has been FANTASTIC, also, and she kept us on track and made the whole transaction easy. I highly recommend.

Winslow was very helpful by listening to what would work for us. He was respectful in honoring our wishes without try to take us a in another direction. He was very informative when we needed questions answered. We are now living in the home that we wanted. The best agent I have worked with.
