Chris was a pleasure to work with. He was very diligent, and easy to talk to. He handled house showings and lease negotiations between myself and the property owner. He was very open about what the property owner was looking for, and guided me through the process. I confidently recommend him as a real estate professional.

Chris was great to work with. He was very responsive and made the rental process the easiest it's been so far. I'd be delighted to work with him again

Chris was great to work with and facilitated our lease with ease. He was quick to respond to my inquiry on a rental and follow-ups remained prompt thereafter. We met in person at a showing with a high turnout that made my wife and I nervous with our chances of success. Despite the high volume of interest, Chris gave everyone individual attention and was efficient in conversation to understand everyone’s background and to better inform him of the applicants. As my family moved along in the leasing process, we ended up securing the rental. Even if we did not have success there, I would have worked with Chris again due to his great communication and demeanor. After confirmation of our selection, it continued to be a hassle-free experience. With the stress of living in a hotel due to a mandated work relocation from out of state, the value that Chris brought to the process with Leading Properties is highly appreciated!

Working with Chris to rent an apartment turned out to be an upsetting and frustrating process for my partner and I. We're giving him 3 stars instead of 1 because he told us that he's new to this (so hopefully things will improve with time) and one of his several mistakes ended up helping us (when we first reached out about an apartment, he stopped responding to us and we never got a showing. In most cases I think this would not be great, but it worked out for us because the apartment then dropped in price and we reached out again to see it). The upsetting and frustrating part of this was that Chris lacked the knowledge of the basic rules and restrictions on the apartment we were trying to rent. Most importantly, we had said told Chris multiple times that we had a dog (and importantly, told him the weight). After we paid the application fee, were approved to rent, and were sent the lease agreement, we read in the attached HOA rules that our dog was above the weight requirement. Being this far into the process and having to discover this for ourselves was very frustrating, given the amount of time we had put into this, and since we had told Chris our dog's weight; our dog's weight was even written into the lease agreement he sent us. There were several other terms of the lease agreement that did not make sense to us and Chris was unable to articulate why they were necessary. Thankfully, his manager refunded us our application fee after this ordeal and we're grateful for that. Hopefully with some more time Chris gains some good experience.

It’s been a pleasure working with Christopher throughout the entire process of closing the deal on our dream home! He’s been professional and honest from the start and was able to answer all of our questions along the way no matter if I called, texted, or emailed him. Highly recommend Chris at Leading Properties!
