Christina is awesome! She helped us sell our home as we prep'd to move out of state. She even assisted our out of state buying realtor who was less experienced and had never done an all cash purchase before. She offers everything from just helping with the paperwork if you already have a buyer to full service listing, staging and selling - and her pricing & commissions are set accordingly. She was invaluable in helping me with the sale of my deceased aunt's property in San Jose. Working with Christina ONeal has been the absolute best experience my husband and I have ever had selling a house! Christina was recommended to us by a good friend. We were going to be relocating from California to Illinois a few months down the road and needed someone for advice on getting our house ready to sell. Christina immediately started helping us with great local services. Once ready to move, Christina totally took over and handled everything after we had gone.
