We originally used Chris as our realtor in the purchase of our home. As buyers his process and professionalism gave us the comfort of knowing that we were getting the best deal. So when it came time to sell our home 13 years later, we didn't hesitate to call Chris and ask if he would be our realtor once again. I cannot tell you how happy we were when he agreed. We sat back, trusted Chris, his process and the amazing team which works with him. We had our open house, pre-MLS, listing on Sunday in what should have been a slow period of the year nearing the end of November. The next day we had a second showing and a full price offer. We knew Chris was amazing but wow! If we are ever in a position to buy a home in Texas again I wouldn't work with anyone but Chris. Chris's professionalism, process, performance and incredible charismatic personality made the selling our home everything we had hoped it would be - easy, relaxing, and stress free. We made the right choice when we started working with Chris and his wonderful team- and it speaks volumes about a relationship with an agent when you come back to him for a second home. In this market, it takes skill and knowledge to negotiate and in with both transactions, Chris came through for us. And once the sale is completed, the service doesn't end. Truly a full service agent you can have confidence in.

I have known Chris and his team at All Hands Real Estate for years. They have sold/bought three homes for us and helped us negotiate a rental house while we were building a house. They have a process they follow. Trust the process. It leads to a great result. It may feel like a bit more work up front, but trust me, it is worth it.

Chris and his Team did a fantastic job in selling our house. He has a unique process for selling a house than other Realtors and IT WORKS! We've bought/sold several houses in our life time and by far this was the best experience we've ever had. They pretty much took care of everything, all within a timely manner. Not only did Chris and his Team sell our house but they also found a new one for us to move into. If, and when, we sell/buy another house, we know who we'll be calling. Thanks Chris and Team!
