    Carolyn was amazing to work with! She was so attentive and always kept us in the loop, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. From staging tips and yard prep to recommending a cleaner and landscaper, she went above and beyond to help us get our home ready. She also prepared a super detailed market report so we felt confident about our list price, and thanks to her guidance our home sold in under 48 hours with an over-asking offer!     Carolyn Westmoreland is a well-known luxury waterfront properties real estate agent in the Gig Harbor, WA Area. She publishes a monthly update of the local housing market. I was lucky to receive her report, and its quality urged me to call Carolyn when I decided to list my home. Carolyn has been a joy to work with from the beginning. She was readily available to tour my home, agree to represent me, provide assistance with decorations/staging ideas, organize a pre-inspection, and guide me through the process of preparing the house, handling necessary administrative tasks, and setting reasonable expectations for the price. She and her realtor-partner Jensen were great communicators and eager representatives. We had a remarkable traffic. They called/texted/kept me informed after every showing. Although the price of the home needed to be adjusted, we received an acceptable offer in under 30 days! Carolyn remained involved and offered help to the end of the sale. After the successful sale and a great selling experience, I can only hope that others will use Carolyn as their representative. She gets my recommendation without reservations.

    As we considered putting our house on the market, we talked with several brokers. My husband was a real estate broker in Oregon and was immediately impressed with Carolyn’s knowledge of our specific area and her very organized marketing plan. From the beginning, she strived to understand what was important to us and, based on that, provided recommendations tailored to our needs for us to consider. One of the areas I was particularly impressed with was Carolyn’s ability to understand how to best arrange a room – including what should stay and what should go - to emphasize its best features. Carolyn is able to truly “see” through the camera lens which resulted in amazing photos of our home - with the added bonus of making it incredibly easy to get the home ready to show! Carolyn’s knowledge of the industry and the area proved extremely helpful in getting a jump on inspections that would be needed when the property sold so there would be no delay in closing. When a full-price offer with a tight closing timeline came in – we were easily able to accept thanks to Carolyn’s proactive approach. Her communications were timely with just the right content and amount of information. We very much appreciated Carolyn’s partnership approach to the broker/seller relationship and would highly recommend her.

    Carolyn did a fantastic job navigating the sales of my Parents beloved home of 67 years. She is professional, knowledgeable and very patient. She responds to questions promptly and communicates clearly through every step of the process. I would highly recommend her as a partner in finding your new home or selling a current one. She will provide first class services from the beginning to the end of the process!

    We  interviewed Carolyn Westmoreland and one other broker to list our Wollochet Bay waterfront property for sale.   We decided Carolyn’s waterfront experience and her Wollochet Bay knowledge would be critical to our success.  In addition, we were also impressed with her marketing plans, her professional manner and her calm demeanor…so we hired her.  Our experience has been nothing short of excellent! We definitely needed her waterfront knowledge as expected, and she is also proactive, organized, strategic in communications and negotiations and simply a pleasure to work with.  We sold our property quickly, with a full price offer in cash and a welcome 10-day closing to boot!  It has been smooth sailing thanks to Carolyn.  Highly recommend her…she is a gem!
