I have worked with Simone for a number of years on different types of projects. We have worked together on short term rentals and long-term rentals. . Also, she has helped us tremendously with Real estate.project management. One thing I commonly feel when I’m working with Simone is, she provides answers. She doesn’t just bring problems nor does she try to limit her response. They are always very helpful. Very professional. And very timely.

Catrina was such a pleasure to work with! She was so attentive, knowledgable, proactive every step of the way from touring properties to closing on the home. Catrina made an effort to understand mine and my family's needs, tailored our search accordingly, and advocated for us throughout the whole process.
