Superior local market knowledge of Chester Springs and other local communities, very easy to work with, excellent service! Coached us through the process with ease with timely replies to questions and creative solutions. Negotiated well with the buyers realtor on several items including flexibility on a closing date and an extended stay in our home to accommodate moving.
