Amanda did a great job getting our homestead sold! She was very forward in her approach to advertising and marketing not only the acreage, but future market appreciation value. Not only did I trust and ask Ashley to help me pick a home so I could purchase it site unseen but she did an AMAZING job. The house is perfect and exactly what I was looking for. She was very conscientious about my price range, neighborhood, and amount of money/work that would need to go into it. She didn’t mind searching until she found the right fit (and dealt with me sending numerous houses to her at all times). She made the process so easy from start to finish and really cared about helping make it as stress free as possible. Couldn’t imagine using anyone else!

Highly recommended! Ashley was calm and professional through every step of the process of buying our home, even when my wife and I were about to pull our hair out from frustration at the sellers. She represented us well through some tough negotiations. Most importantly - Ashley was prompt! Always responsive, and easy to reach. We were never waiting on her. I wish the sellers' agent had been as reliable.
