I am endlessly grateful to have had April with us every step of our transition to our new home. She is knowledgeable, strategic, and thoughtful. As out of state investors it is important to have a real estate agent you can trust to take care of all of the details and as well get the purchase finalized with all parties being happy with the outcome. Hannah REALLY listened and understood the type of house we were in the market for. Only showing us what was in our strategic checklist out of our personal request, but also being very transparent about what was out there in the current market.
