We have worked with April and Cameron TWICE- once buying our first home, and then when we were considering selling and buying. We called them up one weekend when we were considering selling and moving, and within a week's time they had met with us and talked honestly about the process. It would have been SO easy for them to sugar-coat the process and take advantage of two young homeowners, but they constantly work with integrity first. April says that they'll make you feel like their own clients- and this is true! Such special people to have support you in the home-buying and selling process. We will be customers for life!

April and Cameron were phenomenal. When it came time to make an offer, we found ourselves faced with 3 other buyers also offering full price, two of which were cash. As the bidding war was about to begin, April was able to get the buyer to accept our offer with minimal changes to the offer, before highest and best was called. If you’re losing multiple offer situations, it may not be your offer, it may be your agent.
