Ann is a professional Broker , She has been a very suce ssful real estate pro for many years and has a track record to prove it. She has handled three transactions for me in Mesa and every one of them went very smoothly. I think her communication skills are what sets her apart from others. She looked after my interest with a dogged determination. I highly recommend Ann for your real estate pro .Ten percent of agents make ninety percent of the money. Ann is the ten percenter !!!!

Ann and Chuck did an amazing job, from the first contract to closing they helped us along the way. Chuck’s expertise in the building process was key to a successful closing and inspection. When the builder was behind, Ann was immediately on the phone and even traveled hours to the home and got the ball rolling again.
