Ann and her husband John are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. They are well experienced when it comes to knowing everything about Sanibel. They really are experts in their field.,and will not rush you into a decision based on what’s good for them. They care about their customers.

Ann and John are wonderful realtors! Ann and John Gee helped my parents sell a vacant lot on Sanibel that I thought could never be sold and they found a buyer. They also helped my parents with a home purchase in Ft Myers FL. Ann and John were extremely patient, understanding, empathetic, knowledgeable and hard working. I trust them implicitly!!!!
