Amy Mosley is very knowledgeable in her field, great communicator and trustworthy as a realtor. Amy helped me with sale of mom's house with conservative ship. It was challenging road ahead of us. She did everything for us so we can get the highest price for the house. Renovations, photo taking, marketin, showing the house was done in a very timely manner. At first showing got few offers, one was specially worked for us, it was done very quickly and clean. Amy is a hard working, kind and very patience realtor. I have trusted her first time l saw and talk to her. She out did my expectations, gave me wonderful ideas and made us and buyers happy. With Amy it's always a win, win situation. Amy made the sale of my parents' home smooth, efficient, and easy. Her communication was proactive, regular, and she responded immediately to our phone calls and correspondences. She is direct, honest, professional, and polite. Amy has an incredible team and resources – house cleaners, carpet cleaners, handymen, inspectors, title companies, escrow companies, and above all her stellar assistant Brittany. Her ability to negotiate the best price for the home stemmed from her diligent and thorough marketing of the property. She did a thorough market analysis which in our case was somewhat challenging because of the unique nature of the property and limited comps. Her strategy ultimately brought multiple offers in the first week of listing creating a position of strength for negotiations. She insisted on the quick removal of contingencies that held the buyers to their initial offer, reduced days-on-market, and hastened the close date. Not only did Amy get 10% over the asking price, but I also want to point out that Amy set a price record with the sale of my parent’s home in Laguna Woods – the highest home price to date by almost 4%. Also, while Amy represents sellers throughout Orange County, she well understands the intricacies of Laguna Woods, so if you are selling a property there you are in good hands.
