I have had the pleasure of working with Amy and Heidi not only once, but twice, in the last 4 years. Amy and Heidi sold our house in 2021 and they were the best partners and negotiators. Selling is stressful, especially when your house is an older lake home, but Amy and Heidi made the process seamless! We rented for the next four years but I was always looking and Heidi was always there to show me houses that may have worked for our family. I don’t know how many houses we looked at, but she was always patient with me and understanding of our needs. Fast forward to this year and a perfect house came on the market for our family. Amy and Heidi worked fast to ensure we saw the house in a timely manner and helped us in the buying process! We moved this weekend, and I can say, we have NO buyer regrets. We are finally in our forever home and we have Amy and Heidi to thank for it. ! They were professional, trustworthy, patient, and understanding of our family’s needs. My husband and I relocated to Sparta from Bergen County. We had been working with another realtor, but when we decided to start looking in Sparta, it was really important to us to work with someone local. The first time we spoke with Amy, she was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions (and we had a lot!). Amy offered to drive with us on our first day touring homes, which was invaluable as she told us about all the different neighbors and tidbits of life in Sparta. We were fortunate to find our home on the first day, and Amy and her team were responsive throughout the whole process. Moving from over an hour away was tricky at times, but Amy went above and beyond to help us out whenever she could. Although our time working together was brief, I know that we have a trusted source in town if we need any future recommendations. Thank you to Amy, Heidi, and your team for everything!
