For over six months, he helped us see countless homes, always arranging showings quickly so we could check them out before other buyers. He never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision, which really meant a lot. What stood out the most was how well-known and respected Joe is — most open house we went to, the seller’s agent knew him and tell us we were in good hands. Ketty was phenomenal in knowing what was necessary to not only find the home we wanted. But also in what it took to get the closing done in a timely manner. Always being available throughout the process and being able to answer questions that we thought may not make sense. She made this experience very smooth and kept our anxiety levels at bay. Ketty did an amazing job helping me to purchase a condo. Her warm personality and knowledge on real estate is outstanding. Ketty’s communication skills is top notch.
