We have worked with a variety of realtors in several home transactions, and Alana is by far the best we have come across. She was incredibly helpful with a cross-country move, connecting us to the area and giving lots of great advice about San Carlos, our ideal location for a home purchase months before we even were here to look. She is knowledgeable and plugged into the area and well-respected by others I asked in the community about her. She knows a lot about home construction and structure and can look at a house with an eagle eye, great suggestions and honest critiques. We never felt coerced or pushed into a property or that she was looking for a "quick sale." She is honest, hard-working, kind, responsive, conscientious, detail-oriented and someone you enjoy spending time with! After the passing of our parents, my sister and I used Alana Corso to handle the sale of our family home in Menlo Park, CA. Alana was an amazing support during a very difficult time for my sister and me. Alana suggested we get everything out of the house that we WANTED and let her coordinate removal of the rest. Alana handled several runs to goodwill with usable (but not valuable) items. She also handled the dump runs which would have been particularly hard for us. She got bids for the painting, repairs, yard work, and staging that was needed. All we had to do was approve the work. She also helped us understand all the paperwork and steps needed throughout the whole process. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. She got it sold quickly and we got more for the house than I expected. So happy we listed with Alana! By the time it was done, she felt like a friend rather than someone we hired.

We recently purchased our home with Alana's help. Alana learns what we are looking for and is always able to provide honest opinions and technical assessment (remodel needs/cost, move-in readiness, resale value, etc.) on whether a house is going to suit our long term needs. We also viewed some off-market opportunities with her. She was responsive in scheduling appointments and accompanied us on every home tour. We are very pleased with our new home and would recommend Alana for your real estate needs.

We've recently purchased our home in the White Oaks area of San Carlos and it would not have been possible without Alana. She came highly recommended to us by friends and we were immediately impressed by her knowledge of the market and the San Carlos area. She was patient, responsive, diligent and caring throughout our experience. Knowing we were going to likely purchase a home that would need some work, we felt like Alana really listened to what we needed/wanted in a home, while also providing the right amount of guidance and helping us see the potential of a space. Since we closed on our house, she has also been an amazing resource for us as we navigate a remodel, including connecting us with a designer that we also love.
